Ingredients 

Directions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Grease and lightly dust with cocoa a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt margarine/butter with cocoa over low heat, stirring constantly (or simply put thecocoa and butter in a bowl, pop in the microwave for a couple of minutes, until the butter is melted).
  4. Stir with a fork until it's mostly smooth.
  5. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  6. Blend in sugar.
  7. Beat in eggs, one a time.
  8. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  9. Spread in prepared pan.
  10. Bake at 325°F for 20–25 minutes.
  11. Recipe makes one, 9 x 13-inch pan of brownies.
