Cheese Mostaccioli Casserole


Add sausage, ground beef, tomatoes, mushrooms, or other ingredients to this baked cheese mostaccioli casserole recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (16 ounces) mostaccioli, cooked and drained
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation:

Combine cooked mostaccioli, soup, spaghetti sauce, pepper, Italian seasoning, and 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese. Place in casserole and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake casserole at 400° for 25 minutes or until cheese melts and casserole mixture is hot and bubbly.
Other ingredients you can add: sauteed or canned mushrooms, garlic, diced canned tomatoes, ground meat or sausage.
Mostaccioli and cheese bake serves 4.
