SALMON CASSEROLE

SALMON CASSEROLE 
Fresh salmon or 2 cans of salmon
Seasoned croutons
2 c. milk
2 eggs
Salt/pepper
1 onion


In a bowl clean fish (salmon). In a small bowl put 2 cups of croutons. Pour milk over croutons. Let set for a few minutes (15), cut onion. Beat two eggs into the milk and crouton mix. Add onions. Pour mix over salmon. Mix all together. Season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a casserole dish. Cook at about 350 degrees. Add remaining croutons to the top of the dish. Bake about 45 minutes to an hour.
