SALMON CAESAR CASSEROLE

SALMON CAESAR CASSEROLE 
1 lb. can red salmon, flaked
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
6 oz. pkg. Brownberry Caesar Croutons

Beat eggs - milk and soup - stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion. Pour in greased casserole, 11 x 7 inch. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set in center.
