1 lb. hot sausage
2 c. Bisquick 8 oz. sharp cheese
Let sausage come to room temperature. Mix with other ingredients. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet. Cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce to 325 degrees and cook for 15 minutes more.
