TEXMEX CHILI
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 cans (15 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
- 2 cans (10 oz.) RO*TEL Whole Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
In a large pot, brown beef pepper, onion and garlic; drain.
Add remaining ingredients. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat and
simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to
break up tomatoes. Makes 8 servings.
