TEXMEX CHILI


TEXMEX CHILI


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 cans (15 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
  • 2 cans (10 oz.) RO*TEL Whole Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
Directions:
In a large pot, brown beef pepper, onion and garlic; drain.
Add remaining ingredients.  Heat to a boil.  Reduce heat and
simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.  Stir occasionally to
break up tomatoes.  Makes 8 servings.
