RO*TEL SALSA


RO*TEL SALSA


Ingredients:
  • 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  •    juice of 1 1/2 fresh limes
  • 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.  Cover and refrigerate 5 to 6 hours.
Serve on tacos or use as a dip.  Makes about 2 1/4 cups salsa.
