For entertaining this holiday season, try preparing easy Spanish
tapas, like this vegetarian dish of
piquillo peppers stuffed with mushrooms and spinach. First, sauté finely chopped mushrooms and spinach in garlic, and mix with a béchamel sauce. Stuff the mixture into
piquillo peppers, and drizzle béchamel sauce over the top. Simple and so delicious!
