Scrambled Egg Breakfast
Scrambled Egg Breakfast

This really is the easiest Christmas breakfast menu ever. You can certainly buy some bakery muffins or doughnuts to add to this spread, but I think that whole wheat toast is the perfect accompaniment to the creamy and rich scrambled eggs. An easy make ahead fruit salad is the perfect side dish. With orange juice and coffee, and Christmas cookies to nibble on, go ahead and open those presents!

Easiest Christmas Breakfast Menu

  • Make Ahead Scrambled Eggs
These creamy and delicious eggs are so perfect and impossible to mess up. Just cook them a little bit less firm during the first cooking time, then they'll be soft and fluffy when baked in the oven.
  • Melon Salad
Hey, because it's Christmas, add some pineapple and strawberries to this super easy fruit salad recipe. In fact, some pomegranate seeds on top would be delicious.
  • Honey Whole Wheat Bread
If you want to pull out all the stops because it's Christmas, make this fabulous bread for toasting. If not, just buy a great loaf at your bakery. I myself love "Ancient Grain" bread from Cub Foods.
  • Christmas Cookies
And Christmas cookies are the perfect treat to nibble with coffee.
