Turkey Sopes with Morita Pepper Sauce - Mexico



INGREDIENTS
3/4 pre cooked turkey breast
12 medium sopes
2 cup refried beans
Head of lettuce (sliced)
Small onion, finely chopped
Cup grated fresh cheese
Radishes cut into slices
Avocado (sliced)
Enough vegetable oil to fry the sopes
2 medium tomatoes
1 big garlic clove
1/4 medium sized onion
5 moritas peppers or any other kind of read dry chilies
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Some lemon juice
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. Make the morita sauce: boil in half cup water the tomatoes with the garlic, the onion and the morita peppers or chilies until they are soft. Allow the mixture to cool a little and blend all these ingredients.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry sauce for 2 min. Season with salt and lemon juice to taste and reserve.
3. In a frying pan, heat some vegetables oil and fry the sopes on both sides. Gamish them with some refried beans and cooked turkey breast
4. Serve the sopes with the lettuce, radishes, avocado and grated cheese. Top them with the sauce.
