Jamaican Coleslaw

Description

Jamaican Jerk Seasoning adds a warm spicy note.

Ingredients

• 1 package (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
• 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1-1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 1-1/2 tablespoons Spice Islands Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
• 1/2 cup raisins

Directions

Combine the coleslaw mix, raisins and nuts in a large bowl; set aside. Mix the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and seasoning together in a small bowl; spoon over coleslaw mix.

Stir well, cover, and chill 1 hour before serving.
