1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
84 pretzel thins
1 (16-ounce) package chocolate-flavored candy coating (almond bark)
Candy decorations or sprinkles, as desired

Combine butter and peanut butter in bowl; beat at low speed until well mixed. Add powdered sugar; continue beating until well mixed.
Place 2 teaspoons peanut butter mixture onto bottom-side of one pretzel thin. Top with another pretzel thin bottom-side down. Repeat with remaining peanut butter mixture and pretzels.
Line baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper. Set aside.
Melt chocolate coating according to package directions. Dip half of each pretzel sandwich into chocolate, shaking off excess. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle with candy decorations or sprinkles, as desired. Let stand 15 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store pretzel sandwiches in resealable plastic food bag for up to 2 weeks.

- To set chocolate quicker, place dipped pretzels in refrigerator 3-5 minutes.

- If chocolate coating begins to harden while preparing treats, re-heat chocolate according to package directions, if needed.

- Try using tiny twist pretzels or buttery crackers for a variation on these tasty sandwich treats.
