and fruity qualities of the aged cheddar marry together in a delicious and addictive way. This apple chutney can also be paired with a fresh, creamy goat cheese.
Serve chutney and cheese with crackers or thin slices
of baguette.

Total Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 1 cup of chutney
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Simmer 1/4 cup of vinegar and 1/4 cup of brown sugar for five minutes, until the mixture
