Grilled Meatloaf

Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 cup frozen chopped onions or seasoning mix (onions, peppers, and celery), thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- barbecue sauce, for glaze, optional
Preparation:
Heat the grill.
Combine the ground beef, pork, ketchup, egg, bread crumbs, onion mixture, salt, and pepper and mix until well blended. On a double piece of heavy duty foil, fashion the meat mixture into a loaf. Brush with barbecue sauce, if desired.
Grill over indirect heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or to 160° on an instant read thermometer.
