TACO BEEF SOUP

TACO BEEF SOUP 

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 envelope (2 tbsp.) taco seasoning mix
1 sm. avocado chopped shredded Cheddar cheese
Corn chips
Dairy sour cream

In large saucepan cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned; drain off excess fat. Add water, undrained tomatoes, undrained kidney beans, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning mix. Simmer, covered 15 minutes. Add avocados pass cheese, chips and sour cream to top each servings.
