Southwest Turkey Barbecue Sliders


INGREDIENTS

8 oz Turkey , ground
2 oz Bell pepper, green , sauteed
5 tbsp Chili powder
1.5 oz Knorr Chipotle BBQ Sauce
1 tsp Salt , fresh ground
5 tsp Black Pepper , fresh ground
2 slices Jalapeno Jack Cheese , quartered
4 x Hamburger buns , mini
12 tsp HELLMANN'S ® Real Mayonnaise
1 oz Chiles, jalapeno , pickled

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, gently combine turkey, bell pepper, chili powder and 1/3 of the Knorr Ready-To-Use Chipotle Barbecue Sacue until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 1 ouce patties.

Grill or saute patties until browned on both sides and internal temperature reaches 135 degrees.

When patties have nearly cooked through, top each with a quarter slice of cheese. Cover or place under salamander until cheese melts.

Spread cut sides of each bun evenly with 2 tsp. Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise. Grill until lightly browned. Spred 1/2 tsp barbecue sauce on cut side of each bun botom; top with turkey patty. Top patty with pickled jalapeno slice, if using.

Replace tops of buns; serve immediately with additional barbecue sauce for dipping.
