No-Knead Bread
No-Knead BreadThis crusty, delicious yeast bread is a snap to prepare and bake. Just mix the soft dough up by hand, cover the bowl, and let the yeast do the work over 12 to 18 hours. The bread is baked in a Dutch oven or similar oven safe container with lid. It's a fabulous bread to serve with pasta or a hearty soup or stew, and it makes great grilled sandwiches.

Cherry Cheese Muffin Cup Pies
Cherry Cheese Muffin Cup PiesCraving a sweet snack? These easy little cherry pies are made with a simple cream cheese pastry and a sweetened cream cheese layer. If you're in a hurry, use refrigerated pie pastry for these desserts.
Butter and Herb Roast Chicken
Butter and Herb Roast ChickenThe butter and herb bread crumb mixture under the skin helps flavor the chicken and keeps it tender and juicy. The crumbs on the outside give the skin a fabulous crispy texture. Serve this great tasting chicken with mashed potatoes and your favorite side vegetables.

Maple Vanilla Sauce
This simple combination of ingredients makes a great tasting dessert  sauce for bread pudding, ice cream, or other desserts. Grade B maple syrup will give you a richer maple flavor, but regular dark amber will be great as well.
