DROP ITALIAN COOKIES

DROP ITALIAN COOKIES 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla


Mix above ingredients; add 2 1/2 cups flour and 2 teaspoons baking powder. Blend well; drop by teaspoon on greased and floured baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Frost with thin glaze: confectioners' sugar, water and lemon flavoring.
