Buffalo Aioli


Make this hot and spicy mayonnaise to top your hamburgers or turkey burgers, or use it as a dip for chicken fingers or wings. It's easy and delicious!

Yield: Makes About 1/2 Cup







Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dill relish
  • dash garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery, optional

Preparation:

In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill relish, garlic powder, wing sauce, and celery, if using. Blend well and refrigerate until serving time. Serve as a dip for chicken wings or chicken strips, or as a topping for burgers. Store the aioli in the refrigerator, covered, for 2 to 3 days.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
