NO BAKE FRUITCAKE

NO BAKE FRUITCAKE 
2/3 c. canned milk
6 tbsp. frozen orange juice, undiluted
3/4 c. cut up dates
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. candied cherries
4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. mixed candied fruit
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg


In 3 quart saucepan combine milk, marshmallows and orange juice. Heat on medium heat until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat. Stir in fruits and nuts until mixed well. Add graham cracker crumbs and spices. Mix until well blended.Press firmly into 5-6 cup ring, mold or loaf pan lined with wax paper (I use angel food pan). Cover tightly. Chill for 2 days. Makes 3 pounds.
