Cathy's melt-in-the-mouth fruit slice is an easy and delicious twist on traditional mince pies.




Kris Kringle slice



  • Ingredients
  • 225g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour
  • 150g (1 cup) self-raising flour
  • 185g unsalted butter, chopped, at room temperature
  • 100g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs golden syrup
  • 1 tsp finely grated orange rind
  • 410g btl fruit mince
  • Icing sugar, to dust
