1 cup coconut, shredded
½ pkg gluten free chocolate cake mix

Photo: Chocolate Cherry Coconut Cake, Gluten Free "a Deedol Original" 1 can cherry pie filling 1 cup coconut, shredded ½ pkg gluten free chocolate cake mix ¼ cup butter, room temperature ½ cup milk, cow, rice, soy or nut 2 tsp lemon juice 1 large egg ¼ cup hot water 1 tsp vanilla 1 can sweetened condensed Milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 8x8 baking pan. Pour cherry pie filling in bottom of prepared baking dish. Sprinkle coconut over cherry pie filling. Mix together ½ pkg gluten free chocolate cake mix with butter, milk, lemon juice, egg, hot water, vanilla and lastly sweetened condensed milk. Will be a bit lumpy. Pour over coconut to cover fully. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and serve. Granny's Favorites Cookbooks532
