Blue Ribbon Crispy Chicken Tenders

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp margarine
Flour, salt, pepper

Cut chicken into strips. Roll chicken in flour.
In large skillet, heat oil and margarine.
When oil is hot, add chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Cook on medium heat about 5-6 minutes or until it is golden brown. Turn over and cook other side for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure chicken is cooked completely. Do not cover chicken while cooking. Take out of skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Honey mustard, barbecue sauce, hot sauce or ranch dressing may be used for dipping tenders.
