1 medium sized tomato
salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 teaspoon margarine
Directions:
Cut slice form top of tomato. Partially scoop out inside, removing seeds. Season with salt and pepper. Break egg and drop into tomato. Scatter crumbs on top. Place butter over crumbs. Place in greased, small ovenproof bowl. Bake at 375 degrees F 30-40 minutes. (40 minutes bakes the egg solid.)
