- 7-1/2 cups - all-purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon - baking soda
- 2 Tablespoons - cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon - ginger
- 1 teaspoon - nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon - salt
- 1-1/2 cups (3 sticks) - butter
- 1-1/2 cups - dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon - lemon zest
- 3/4 cup - honey
- 3 - eggs
