Stovetop Apple Kielbasa
Linda Larsen- 2 pounds fully cooked kielbasa sausage
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chunky applesauce
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation:
Cut kielbasa into 1" pieces and combine with brown sugar, applesauce, mustard, and garlic in large saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, until sausage is hot and glazed. This should take about 10-14 minutes.
If you like it hot, add some diced jalapeno pepper to this recipe.
