Shrimp Mold
3 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 tablespoons gelatin
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup celery, chopped
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups shrimp, chopped
Directions
Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Heat soup to boiling.
Add gelatin and let cool.
Add cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Fold in other ingredients.
Put into 1 quart mold and chill.
Best when spread on Triscuit crackers.
