Reception Salad
Reception Salad1 pkg. lemon jello1 can crushed pineapple [# 2 can]2 small pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese1 can pimiento1 bunch celery2/3 cup nutsFor liquid, heat juice from can of pineapple, and pour on lemon jello. Cool. Soften cheese with pimiento [cut]. Dice celery and nuts, add to above. Pour in ring mold, and chill.
Fill center of mold with any fresh fruit; bananas and grapes, or strawberries and fresh pineapple, make good combinations.
A nice tart salad dressing is good served with this salad.
