INGREDIENTS 3/4 pre cooked turkey breast 12 medium sopes 2 cup refried beans Head of lettuce (sliced) Small onion, finely chopped Cup grated fresh cheese Radishes cut into slices Avocado (sliced) Enough vegetable oil to fry the sopes 2 medium tomatoes 1 big garlic clove 1/4 medium sized onion 5 moritas peppers or any other kind of read dry chilies 1 tbsp vegetable oil Some lemon juice Salt to taste 1. Make the morita sauce: boil in half cup water the tomatoes with the garlic, the onion and the morita peppers or chilies until they are soft. Allow the mixture to cool a little and blend all these ingredients. 2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry sauce for 2 min. Season with salt and lemon juice to taste and reserve. 3. In a frying pan, heat some vegetables oil and fry the sopes on both sides. Gamish them with some refried beans and cooked turkey breast 4.
