Syrup Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sweet potatoes
- 1/3 cup Brer Rabbit Light Flavor Syrup
- 3 tbls. margarine or butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ACCENT Flavor Enhancer
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Directions
Boil sweet potatoes whole, in water to cover, until tender. Remove skins and mash with syrup, butter and Ac'cent. Spoon into serving bowl; sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with additional syrup, if desired.
