SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP
Great appetizer! Tia Laura's recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese (Softened)
1 14 oz Artichoke (canned)
1/2 Cup Frozen Chopped Spinach
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded
1/4 Cup Ramano Cheese Shredded
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Glove Garlic Minced
1/2 Tsp Dried or Fresh Basil
1/4 Tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Cream together mayonnaise & cream cheese.
2. Add Parmesan cheese, garlic, Ramano cheese, basil, garlic salt & pepper to mixture.
3. Drain artichoke & cut into small cubes. Add artichoke & spinach to mixture.
4. Spray 9x11 baking pan with Pam.
5. Pour mixture into pan and spread evenly. Top with mozzerella cheese.
6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
