INGREDIENTS
1 pkg cream cheese
1 can chili
1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese
2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Spread cream chees onto bottom of microwaveable pie plate; top with chili and chedder cheese.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 45 sec to 1 min or until chedder cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.
3. Serve with Ritz Crackers.
