How to Make No-Knead Bread for a Loaf Pan
No-Knead Bread for a Loaf PanI've made several different no-knead breads in covered Dutch ovens and casseroles, but this is my first attempt at making one in an open loaf pan. The ingredients take less than 5 minutes to measure or weigh and mix, and the bread is shaped and deposited in the loaf pan in less than 2 minutes. This is a bread you could easily make several times a week with little effort.

Shrimp Salad With Dill
Shrimp Salad With DillThis shrimp salad is a snap to fix, and it makes a great lunch or dinner for summer weather. Or, double or triple the recipe for a potluck take-along. It's an easy shrimp salad, and delicious for any time of the year. I used the small wild gulf shrimp, about 51/60 count, and they were perfect. For sandwiches or larger shrimp, you could chop them coarsely before mixing with the mayonnaise.
