CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE IN GUINNESS

Not Irish? No problem, you can still celebrate 
St. Patrick's Day deliciously. In this recipe, flat 
cut corned beef brisket is simmered in Guinness 
with seasonings, potatoes, carrots, and cabbage 
wedges. The leftovers (if there are any!) make 
great Reuben sandwiches.
