Hearty Meatloaf
INGREDIENTS
- -2 pounds lean ground beef
- -1 (12 fl. oz.) can PET® Evaporated Milk
- -1 envelope dried onion soup mix
INSTRUCTIONS
HEAT oven to 350°F.
MIX all ingredients together. Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.
BAKE for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done.
Stir together 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Spread over top of meatloaf 15 minutes before removing from oven.
